Partner Rank Digital (“we”, “us”) provides white label SEO, web design and web development services to marketing agencies. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website and in the course of our work, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, because our partners are based in many countries.

Data we collect on this website
Enquiry form and email. When you contact us we collect your name, agency name, work email address, the service you are interested in and anything you write in your message. We use this to reply to you, to prepare a quote and, if you become a partner, to set up the engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, once a contract is in place, the performance of that contract.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie notice. The data is aggregated and we do not use it to identify individuals. The legal basis is your consent. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type and pages requested for security and performance. Logs are kept for a short period and are not combined with other data.
Data we handle for agency partners
When we deliver work under a partner agency’s brand we may process data belonging to the agency’s clients, for example website content, analytics access, customer records inside a CMS, or form submissions on a site we maintain. In those cases the agency (or its client) is the controller and we act as a processor on written instructions. We do not use that data for any other purpose, we do not contact the agency’s clients, and we delete or return it at the end of the engagement.
Confidentiality
Our white label agreements include confidentiality terms. We do not disclose the names of partner agencies or their clients, and we do not publish case studies without written permission.
Sharing and international transfers
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the business: our hosting provider, email provider, project management and communication tools, and analytics. Each is bound by its own data protection terms. Because we are based in India and our partners are worldwide, data may be transferred across borders. Where UK or EU data is involved we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or on a partner’s own transfer mechanism set out in our agreement.
How long we keep data
Enquiry data is kept for 12 months after our last contact unless you become a partner, in which case it is kept for the length of the engagement and six years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Client data processed on behalf of a partner is kept only for as long as the engagement requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. To exercise any of these rights, email enquiries@partnerrankdigital.com. We respond within one month. If you are in the UK you may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the EU, to your national supervisory authority; in India, to the Data Protection Board of India.
